Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or a return. For approved returns, the replacement product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
Approved Refunds
- If a refund request is approved, the refundable amount will be credited to the original source of payment within 5–7 business days.
- The time taken to reflect the amount may vary depending on the payment method and banking partner.
Non-Refundable Situations
